With 10 years of experience in Security, Cloud, and AI Engineering, Federico Alliani has built his career solving large-scale architecture and efficiency challenges in high-demand environments. At dLocal, he leads initiatives that integrate generative AI into the development lifecycle, empowering teams to focus on creative problem-solving while automation accelerates delivery and code quality. Previously, he worked on CloudSec and Monitoring at Mercado Libre, implementing machine learning–based dynamic blocking to mitigate DoS/DDoS attacks and scraping — featured in the AWS Architecture Blog . Before joining dLocal, he also helped build the cloud infrastructure, security, CI/CD pipelines, and productivity metrics at strike.sh, driving efficiency and scalability across the engineering organization.
